I am new to terminal services, and have a question that I am hoping people

(Windows Server 2003) to be used primarily for accessing data (Word, Excel,
Quickbooks). 99% of the time users are going to be accessing this data
remotely via VPN.......however I have been reading that Quickbooks is a

Terminal Services and client printers
Customer XYZ is using terminal services to allow users at the various banks
they work with to access and run their in-house insurance tracking program.
The issue that has come up is as follows:

Anti-Virus on Terminal Server 2003 POP3 email
I've been looking into this and found a recent discussion
about this general topic here. However, I'm not sure
it applies to my situation so I'd like to ask a question.
We're installing a Terminal Server (Server 2003) on which
each remote user will use Outlook on the TS to retrieve
their email from a POP3 email server. There's no Exchange
Server here, so Scanmail isn't the answer.

Printers not Redirected when Progam is set on User's Enviornment Tab
I have a client (new to me, I didn't setup the server) where we are having a
terrible time with printer redirction. All remote users only need to run a
single accounting application. So in each user's "Enviornment" Tab, "Start
the following program at logon" is checked, with the program specified. It
works just like we want, with the program starting, and the session ending

Updating to RDP 5.2.3790.3959
I have aroung 1000+ clients running W2K with TSClint v5.
I need to update these clients to RDP 5.2.3790.3959. I also need to run this
from the system32 folder as I have a customised start menu and the shortcut
looks to the system32 path.
Is updating the v5 clients simply a case of copying the two files, mstsc.exe
and mstscax.dll, to the system32 folder on all workstations?
