shadow console connection through terminal connection on server 20

Process don't use CPU as he should and could!
Hi I have an application who wirtes data into Excel and then shows up the print preview. The problem is, that the excel.exe-process only uses 0-5 % of the CPU, although the server has 40-60% CPU free. I always thought that every process consumes as much CPU as he will get. Hi, I've got a TS (2003) running with 50 client licenses. I need to put Excel on the server but I don't want to buy (I don't need) 50 licenses. How do I restrict Excel to the 5 users that need it? IE 7 Blocks Terminal Server ActiveX Client
