When he creates a document and then saves it in a shared drive on the network, it disappears when he logs off of the terminal server session. The documents can be seen by the administrator when it is created and it can be seen disappearing when the user logs off of his session. I have installed this correctly and I'm able to connect to a remote server by use IE. When a user logs-off IE will show them the TSWEB screen where they can enter a server name that they want to connect to.
