Lost documents
I have a user who connects to the terminal server via VPN and then RDP. When
he creates a document and then saves it in a shared drive on the network, it
disappears when he logs off of the terminal server session. The documents
can be seen by the administrator when it is created and it can be seen
disappearing when the user logs off of his session.
Any ideas?
thanks.

Closing IE after session has been disconnected
Hello,
I'm new to TS and I have a question about TSWEB.
I have installed this correctly and I'm able to connect to a remote server
by use IE. When a user logs-off IE will show them the TSWEB screen where they
can enter a server name that they want to connect to. Is there a way to
configure the TSWEB session to close IE after the user has logged off?
Thanks for the reply.

Documents and settings folder
We have a customer with two W2003 terminal servers, with 12GB C: drives.
This is where the Documents and Settings folder is. No surprises the C:
drives have run out of space. Lots of space on the D:. I know we can't
simply move the folder but don't know how to fix.
What do we do to resolve?
Thanks, Neal
