Replacing ISA 2004 with Draytek Vigor 3300V
Hi
We have an SBS 2003 with ISA 2004 installed.
We are about to open a second office with another DC and are planning on
replacing ISA in the main office with a Draytek Vigor 3300V. The remote
office will have a Draytek Vigor 2950 and the Vigor routers will manage the
site-site VPN connection.
As a secondary option we also want to reduce the load on the server and
increase the in...

Faxing
Hi,
I recently installed a USR v.Everything modem on a client's SBS 2003 R2 Prem
box and although it can send fine, all incoming faxes fail with 'The remote
fax server didn't connect in time' (or something like that). I've searched
this NG and found that other people have this problem. I would like to use
the built in fax capabilities of SBS and as such, what modems are you guys
using...

memory thresholds
there's plenty of discussions around on sbs blogs etc about the allocated
memory threshold alerts, but I'm after some specific information.
The server getting these alerts has 2gb ram (sbs2003R2). There does not
appear to anything overly consuming memory in task mgr so I guess I can
increase the alert threshold in health monitor.
If it is set at 2gb (default) what exactly can I increas...

SBS03 - ISA 2004 re-install - Apply SP, backup, and FW clients?
Problem:
I had issues with ISA 2004 after latest june Windows updates - reboot
"corrupted the firewall". 6 hours of support with MS didn't provide any
insight - and solution was to uninstall the product because I was unable to
locate the disk.
Now that I have the correct disk (I did all along - long story) I need to
reinstall ISA 2004. In the environment previously, not all clients ...

SBS 2003 - aarich errors and server slows to a halt
Hope someone has some thoughts here. Have a SBS2003 box that just started

Network Interface IP settings not sticking
Hi,
I've just installed SBS2003-R2 + Server2003-SP2 onto a new new server.
I have an external firewall/router, and am NOT using SBS as the gateway for
the LAN clients. I think i might have answered a question during the SBS
setup wrong - where it asks you about allocating a network card for LAN, and
one for internet.
Now, I can set ONE or the OTHER of my two network interface setting...

If so, is there a way around it?
