XP Firewall slows network
I have 3 computers running XP-Pro networked via a router (wired). DCHP is disabled in the router and each computer is assigned its own IP address. If I activate the Window's Firewall it takes about 20-30 seconds for another computer on the network to connect to mine to access my 'shared' folder.
