Recording Movies from Movie Channels
It appears that the recordings of all movie channel movies (or most of them)
are blocked due to copyright infringements. Is Microsoft working on a deal OR
a Patch for this problem? Or, do we now have to go to the added expense of
purchasing digital cable boxes as well. This would mean to me that my TV
computer was a big waist of money!

I'm so close to having a nice automated set-up for syncing my TV shows from
my Vista Media Center with my Windows Mobile 6 Pocket PC, but there's one
catch that is very annoying.
What I usually do is leave Windows Media Player on in the background, and it
does its nice little thing of automatically converting my specified shows as
they're recorded, and it's great!
However, it takes...

Shadow image with Media Center player
I am using a Win CE 2005 connected to Sharp LC46G7 LCD monitor.
I can play DVD with PowerDVD normally (except that it does not upscale to

However, if I use the MCE media center to watch TV or play DVD, then the
screen always shows shadow image. Can anybody please help?
Moreover, I don't know if Media center will do any upscale or not for DVD/TV?
Thanks,
