Save all messages in a folder in a single text file
Using OE6 in WinXP. All updates etc in place.
I have a folder called "2002 saved" and there are 190 (text, not binary and
not HTML) messages in it. I want to save all of these messages in a single
text file on my hard disk. How do I do it?
By the way, when I try the export function I get this error message:

Yahoo on OE6
Hi
In the UK, I am trying to set up Outlook Express 6, to handle my
Yahoo
basic web mail. I use BTInternet as my ISP. I have followed the on
screen instructions from yahoo to set up the account as follows:
SMTP:
smtp.mail.yahoo.co.uk
POP3
pop.mail.yahoo.co.uk
In the username I put my firstname.surname and enter the password. I

IE: : PDF Editor
Can anyone advise me what is a good best PDF editor that works well with
IE.. I captured a lot of Websites in PDF format using pdfCreator, which
I need to edit to tidy up..
I've triied Foxedit, VeryPDF, Acrobat but they are all quite expensive.

dates missing in incoming e-mail
When I set up sort by "received" I used to get the dates received on my
e-mail. This disappeared. I'm not sure if it's because I downloaded 6.0 or

Keeps Re booting !!
Hi All
I am running Windows XP 2, It boots ok from start up, but shortly after I
open Explorer it Re Boots the computer, some times three or four times
within a thirty minute period ...any suggestions

OE6 shows the envelope in the system tray although there are no new messages
in message folders. All folders and messages are not bold. Mail accounts are
imap 4.

Looking for e-mail capability
I am looking for a way to help a non-profit do some group e-mails.
I do not know of an efficient way to this in Outlook Express --
1. Input would be a text file with comma separated values fields consisting
of name and e-mail address for what would typically be several dozen
entries. Another text file would contain the Subject line and body of the
e-mail.

hotmail inbox via OE going crazy
Hi, I'm getting hundreds of emails that want to download into the two
hotmail accounts that I access through outlook express 6.
These are not spam, but emails that have already been downloaded before but
they want to download again. So I *unchecked* the box that gives the option
to include these accounts when receiving mail.

OEtool and OE6
I was recently told about OETool because I was interested in a toolbar
icon that would let me switch easily between text mode and html mode in
reading certain emails. So I downloaded it and ran it. It created the
OETool toolbar but some of its icons do not seem to work correctly.

Cannot reach links in outlook express
I can't get into the links stated in my mail messages at outlook express. I
can open them in internet explorer, but why can I not open them in outlook
express, could not understand. Did I something wrong, or is there a command

Checking for new Newsgroup messages
I have two Newsgroup server accounts which, being free, are sometimes a bit
flaky. They are set up to poll the same newsgroups. However, only one is

I use Outlook Express 6 and run MacAfee Anti Virus. Recently when I go into
my email there will be 50-60 returned emails, returned by spam blockers or
