Compacting OE
I compact fairly regularly. Before someone says there are risks in doing so
I must say I haven't (yet) found a problem. However, sometimes I find a
copy of all my files in the Recycle Bin. This isn't a problem but I was
wondering why it should do this and not on every occasion?

Outlook Express crashes when I try to forward a message
I'm running XP-SP2 with all patches, and OE6.
When I click the "forward" button, I get an error message "Outlook Express
has encountered a problem and has to close".
Everything else seems to work okay - I can create emails and send them with
no problems, and I can copy and paste the contents of the email I'm trying to
forward, and send it with no problems.

Outlook (NOT EXPRESS)
I have Outlook 2007 on my computer. When I click on the "email" icon on my
desktop it does not open Outlook, it opens the internet properties window. I
have no idea what happened. Someone help me please!!!!!

unable to fwd as attachments
Hello there. I've got another odd problem. i selected some messages and
went
to the message menu and tried to choose forward as attachment but for some
reason the option is grayed out. It seems like my system is getting worse by
the day. What can I do to fix this? Thanks.

OE6 and Kaspersky 6.0 Anti-spam
Anyone know how to set up the anti-spam so it actually works? I still get
mail through with words in the title that are in the blacklist and it
sometimes pushes mail into the 'spam' folder that has 'white list' phrases
in the title. Seems to be very random in operation

making multiple contact entries from recipient list
I have rcvd an email from a club member.
I would like to put the TO list of people into my address book.
Preferably in a separate folder and as a new group.
1. Is there a way to add the whole recipient list to the address book?
2. Can I do it into a separate folder so I don't have to sort them out
later?
3 OR can I do it into a group - less preferable than 2.

BellSouth and Yahoo Attachment problem
I've managed to get some samples of the problem messages. I had some
issues with my ISP's anti-virus on the mail server deleting the
attachments because it detected the virus 'Malformed container
violation' in the samples. But that's not why we are here.
The problem is caused by BellSouth's Anti-spam program. (surprise,
surprise)

Forwarding an embedded picture
The problem here is forwarding an e-mail that has been received as a forward
itself and has an embedded picture. I got into this because a friend has
been trying to do this and is getting complaints the picture does not get
received. The first thought was that it was a receiving problem. But there
were too many complaints.

Help!
I received a Dr. Watson message on my screen while in OE. I was forced to
reset the system and when I went back into OE all my messages in all folders
were gone!
Any ideas on how to repair? The folder and files seem to be in the correct
locations but it's just not showing anything.
I'm desparate!

Yahoo attachments blocked
"ALL" attachments from Yahoo are NOT coming thru to OE. As stated previously
in a previous post, you can look at the message via properties and see there
is an attachment and what it should be such as JPG or DOC...etc.
This involves OE set for Bellsouth.net. mail. I have many friends & family
trying to send attachments from Yahoo and about 1/2 use the Yahoo web page
and the other 1/2 u...

goodness my schools tech suuport that this is a virus and that I am suuposed
