Help please
Hi
I am having problems, my ie loads up fine to the homepage and lets me
navigate around it fine but as soon as I try to type in a different address
in the address bar, it tries to open it in a new window and just comes up as
a blank page which is incredibly hard to close something very strange is
happening to it and it could be a totally simple settings solution but as i
am almost comp...

ieak
I am trying to use ieak to configure ie7 for deployment. On the "Restart
Options", I chicked "Default Prompt for restart after installation". However,
after the ie7 installation, the client machine restart automatically without
prompting the user. I reconfigure the package several times with the same
result. Anyone can share some of your experience are much appreciated!

OE automatic notification
it there automatic notification that we can place on the task bar that will
prompt whenever new mail comes in without open the Outlokk Express first
(like Gmail Notifier).

No effect after deploy .ins problem ( IEAK7)
A package of IE7 is created by using Customization Wizard of IEAK 7 with
some customized security settings.
This package is installed on few computers and can apply those customized
settings successfully. I also
use IEAK Profile Manager to create update.ins and update_config.cab by edit
the original .ins file

IEAK7
Hi,
i tried to install the new IEAK7 Version (in German)
The install is ok, but after the synchronisation with the wizard tool, i
tried to start the Profiler in order to create a new configuration. But i
become a blank profiler.
If i install the english version, that's ok but if you made save your
configuration, in the ins file the profversion is 6.0.5730.11, it could be
7.0.5730....

Internet Explorer 7
I got IE7 a few months ago but sometimes when I'm sufing the web tha page and
all its tabs just freeze. I can't click on anything at all and must close my
work and start a new internet page. The option to send an error report comes
up as well, which I usually do. This didn't always happen and is very
annoying since I'm a college student. Any suggestions?...

HKCU Software Publishing State
Please - could someone point me in the right direction?
At HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WinTrust\Trust
Providers\Software Publishing is the dword State and it is set to 0x00043c00
which according to SPats blog

means "allow only items in personal trust database".

Searching for documents in explorer
I am trying to use the search function for phrases in explorer. It doesn't
seem to work and I can't find the information in help.
I have tried with and without "quotes around the phrase". Am I doing
something wrong?
