how to stop IE when it uses all processor?
I am finding it increasingly common that IE locks up and uses the entire
processing power when it is searching for things inside websites such as
Amazon.
In 'the old days' there was a 'break' button. Then there was 'ctrl; alt;
del'. Now there appears to be only Task Manager or Process Explorer, both
of which need substantial processing power to run, so that one is lucky if
they open...

Google toolbar crashes IE every day
When I used Google Toolbar, my IE 6 would crash at least twice a day. The
error message would pop up asking me if I wanted to send a report to MS,
then all of my open pages would close. I know this is or was a known issue.
I uninstalled the toolbar about 6 months ago and haven't had one crash
since. I really liked the toolbar and would like to go back to it,
especially since they came out w...

virus causing new broswer windows to open?

browser windows randomly open up on my PC, whether I'm using it or not. I
leave it to sleep at night only to find in the morning that it never slept
and I have 20+ new open browser windows - all with various search engine
results. Is anyone experiencing anything similar? I tried a full scan with

Error when closing .pdf file from IE
Two pop-ups constantly come up when I close PDF file loaded via IE

These two pop-ups just alternate - as one is closed, the other pops up
again, and I can't
get rid of it. The IE. browser that spawns this new window fo...

"uscache.kcc.com". Please note that the PC I use is an ex-company PC, and
kcc.com is the domain of that company. Following the above, IE displays a
