Thanks....

Supported DVD-RW in x64?
Can someone send the URL for a supported hardware list for x64? I can't find it. Alternatively, if anyone knows of a DVD-RW drive that has x64 drivers already please point it out -- my Sony DVD-RW, unfortunately, does not and Sony Support seems oblivious to the need to provide 64bit drivers. Thanks, -- TB...

DVD-RW is not recognized in XP64, it IS in the Bios and Device man
I had a strange situation in which my 109 Pioneer suddenly disappeared from XP64 after installing SP2, but still showed up in the Bios, and the device manager. SO I put in a SATA DVR-212D Pioneer, well that one also showed in the BIOS and in Device manger but not in windows explorer or in disk manager, so I added an IDE Pioneer 111, that also shows in the Device manger but not in manage...

Can I install XP Home on a virtual PC without a licensing snafu?
I currently have a dual boot machine Vista 64 Ultimate and XP Home for backwards compatability. No problems there it works fine except for the bootloader issue, and XP wiping out all of the restore points and most of the shadow copies if you start it. That in itself isn't really that big of an issue, if it was easy to patch, I am sure MS would have taken care of it with an update to XP ...

As mentioned previously, I lost my key to XP 64. I did find a key but I haven't any idea what it's for, if you think my computer is a bit disorganized, your right! I do NOT want to try and install the software and find out it's the wrong key. -- XS11E, Killing all posts from Google G...
