Technical support
"Tony Linguini" <tonysoprano[ at ]nospam.inland.com> 26.06.2007 23:27:24
I had a case where One Care would not stay open to access settings, and
contacted support and was instructed to reinstall. I followed instructions
and it resolved the problem.

I received several subsequent emails to "reply" to the email but when doing
so there is no return address when I selected reply. I cut and pasted the
address in the body, and replied. I called the toll-free number and spent 10
minutes on the phone trying to explain. I was told (with an accent) that
issue isn't something they think is an issue.

I just would like someone to know that the reply doesn't work properly.
Thank you.

Thank you for your reply,
The email specifically states:
"This is Tina with Microsoft Windows Live One Care Non-Technical Support.
I am just following up regarding your One Care case xxxxxxxxxx.
Let me know if your issue is resolved by replying to this email"
I am only reporting this because it is a bit confusing.
