The first one, I don't know,
for the others, as usual, only ONE active scanner at the same time, not
two or more at the same time.
It's ok to start another one manual, but activate OneCare and some
other "Active Shield" from another application at the same time will
reduce your system performance and maybe make some trouble.

Spybot, Ad-Aware (strated manual) and the online virusscanner from
Panda works here without any problems with installed OneCare.

Brett, there should be only one antivirus program as well as only one =
software firewall on a computer. As for antispyware programs, it's good =
policy to have more than one. AdAware and Spybot S&D are good because =
they are on demand scanners but I would avoid any programs that have =
real time scanners like Spysweeper and Counterspy. I'm not familiar with =
Registry Mechanic but if it's just a registry cleaner there should not =
be any conflicts. If you are using Defender, One Care will disable it =
but you can uninstall it if you wish ( XP only ).
