help files?
"Joe" <abc[ at ]xyz.com> 08.07.2007 14:03:41
I notice that within OneCare, if I click on links which should give me
information about some issue- such as, within Tune-up, I click on "Learn
more about Tune-up" or at the bottom, "What files does Tune-up remove?"- the
program goes to the net to a site called "Windows Live Help". I then see a
mostly white browser window -with a place to enter a search inquiry at the
upper left- below that it says FAQ- below that it says Table of Contents-
but I get nothing from this- entering an inquire gets nothing, clicking on
FAQ or Table of contents gives me nothing. What's up with this?

Help needs a little help right now. If you click "learn more about tune up"
it links to a general help page. Use the link for Windows Live products and
services, then use the link for Windows Live One Care where you will be able
to find answers to your One Care questions.

OK- I get it- but, it would be nice if they fixed this "bug". Clicking on a
specific help request like "learn more about tune up" ought to get me to the
right place. Does MS recognize this as a bug or do they just think we'll all
come here for your excellent help?

Thanks,
Joe

Joe, the One Care team is working to make self help easier to use and to
provide more relevant answers to help inquiries. You should see improvements
in the coming months.
