Problems product activation (NL version)
"Jeroen" <sleurhutje[ at ]spam.la> 04.07.2007 08:30:07
Hi,

If I try to activate my OneCare copy (boxed product), I get to the website
where I can select to buy a license online ($49,95) or use a 25-digit code
from the boxed product. Ik I click for the 25-digit option, I get to the
dutch version of the website http://get.live.com. Besides the fact that the
layout is incorrect in IE 7.0 (frames are not aligned correctly), there's no
option to add a license for OneCare. Printscreen here:

I've removed and reinstalled OneCare several times and also tried on another
Windows XP Pr SP2 system with the same results. How to activate my
OneCare????

Jeroen

Thanks Jim,

I contacted Microsoft Benelux this afternoon and they told me there are many
problems activating OneCare in the Netherlands. Microsoft is working on a
solution since last week. So I'll have to wait a few more days as I am
told... :S

Thanks for posting back with that info Jeroen. If you haven't noticed, there
is a Netherlands folder in the forums which might give you a feel for the
One Care issues which are hot topics locally -
