WLM hangs when accessing news NZSchoolTech <nzschooltech[ at ]education.nz> 11.07.2007 23:05:40 I have WLM beta set up to access just this newsgroup on the news server news.microsoft.com When I opened the news group, it started to download messages, but then twice it told me the news server has not responded in 60 seconds. The second time I told it to stop and it showed me the 277 messages it had downloaded out of 300, however I did not try to read any of them. I then posted a message to the group. As far as I can tell that message posted as it has appeared in the Sent Items folder of WLM. When I tried to switch to Feeds, WLM hung and eventually I terminated it. When I opened it up again and switched to Feeds, there was no problem doing this. Thunderbird had no problem downloading any messages from this newsgroup when I opened it up to post this message.
