Thanks David. This works for an individual email. Is there a quick way to
copy multiple emails?

Thanks

Open My Documents to reveal the folder. Open OE and drag the window to the
right, or left, so you can see that folder. Hold the Ctrl key and click on
each e-mail you want to save to highlight them. Or, Ctrl+A will highlight
them all. Right click on the highlighted messages and drag them to the
folder and select Copy.

Thanks for this Bruce.

I can't follow the instruction "Open OE and drag the window to the right or
left".

I'm not able to drag the OE window. Can you help please?

In the top right corner, click on the middle button, (Restore Down). This
will unlock the window. Put the cursor on one side and when id turns into a
double arrow, left click and drag the window.
