loading problem vince29 12.07.2007 14:20:02 hi Internet explore is hanging when it starts up it does not even load the page fully. after quite a long period it starts to load parts but takes ages to connect.i have tried to reinstall from both download & disc, when i try to download it says that a newer version is installed & will not continue. the disc i have is for version 7 but even this fails to install correctly. their used to be away of getting to a repair option for the program but i cannot remember how to access it. system restore is also not acting correctly as i cannott access any old restore points.if i uninstall internet explore will this remove outlook express as well. help pleas -- v p sturt
