Go to Start...Run and type in each of these commands separately:
regsvr32 Urlmon.dll
regsvr32 shdocvw.dll
regsvr32 Shell32.dll
regsvr32 Mshtml.dll
regsvr32 Oleaut32.dll
regsvr32 Actxprxy.dll
If no joy, go to the web site of your printer manufacturer and get the
latest version of the driver for your printer - uninstall the current
version first then (re)install the freshly downloaded one.
