Hi,
I used the file monitor tool to monitor the loading search order of about 400
DLLs. File monitor shows that the DLL is found (using the PATH environent
variable) after sixty tries for each DLL (File monitor shows NOT FOUND for
each failed try).
Does this have a high cost? is every searh does a disk access or just
windows used the master file table in memory?
