I'm wondering if it is possible to take a video clip that was shot on a
digital camera and speed it up or slow it down in Windows movie maker. Does
anyone know how to do this? Or if its not possible is there another program
or way to do this?

Thanks

Yes...you don't have infinite control but
you can half or double the speed using
the "Speed Up, Double" or "Slow Down,
Half" Video Effects.

You can add up to 6 instances of either effect.

Right click the Clip on the Timeline.

Choose...Video Effects.

Select the Effect you require.

Click...Add
