RealPlayer

Folks:

I recently installed realPlayer on my WindowsXP system then I decided to
test it all out by playing a VOB file.
The results turned out to be mixed. The AUDIO was excellent but the VIDEO
kept flickering on/off and sometimes there was a bit of image distortion on
the screen. At other times everything is perfect, but only momentarily. This
state of affairs prevents me from gaabbing a screen shot if I need one.

Deeply appreciate if anyone can thow some light on this situation.

Thanks in advance,
Jo.

There are probably better programmed players for *.vob files than
RealPlayer. A Google search for a "VOB Player" turned up about 12,300
hits. Some are freeware. Download one or two and test them out.

I have had very good response from RealPlayer help when you send them an
email describing your problem. Your settings may not be optimal or they may
be able to suggest something to improve your configuration.

I don't think realPlayer is professional when playing VOB format. you can
try other software instead real. for example Power DVD
