The question that I want to know is there anyway to clear a Newdot.net
Registry (NOT A Newdoc.net) Registry entry?

Newdot.net allows for adware to inter the system and locks the browser
open!!!

There are two places in your registry that programs will startup when your
system boots (these is not always displayed in MSCONFIG).

LOCAL MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\WINDOWS\CURRENT VERSION\RUN

CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\WINDOWS\CURRENT VERSION\RUN

*Be careful what you delete from the registry because you may not get it
back! Always back it up before you delete!

Hi Kim,

See if the procedures here help you to remove Newdotnet:

SaveNow and New.Net Removal Instructions and Help

http://www.pchell.com/support/savenow.shtml

Since removal of Newdotnet may result in loss of internet connectivity,
scroll down and read the "Ok, I've Removed NewDotNet but now my browser does
not work, What Now?" section prior to attempting removal.
