The "...is not a valid win 32 application" message usually means one of three things:
1 - The file you're attempting to open is corrupt or incomplete. Delete the file and try downloading and opening it again. Always download the file directly from the author - not from a third party. 2 - You downloaded a version of the file that is not designed for your version of Windows. 3 - The necessary application is not installed. You need to have the appropriate application installed to open the file.
