push printer works then doesn't "John" <jadams[ at ]nospam.nospam> 10.07.2007 19:40:34 I have found that using the 2003R2 method to push printers to clients was working ok from one GP, so I tried to add it to another and could not figure out what may be different. Finally i thought maybe i had used the gp management tool from my local pc origionally instead of from the server, so I removed it and then re-added using the local editor the suddenly it started working. Either way I think I did the same thing. Could there be something different about the tool locally than on the server or is it most likely coincidence?

All I can say is, I don't think I did anything different other than using the pc instead of the server and now it works. I thought maybe there is some update that needs to be applied to the server (I do keep it up to date on critical updates though).
