I can't see any emoticons. When I click on an icon, it appears as typed
shortcut text, not a face. When someone messages me using an emoticon, it
also appears as typed shortcut text. I've confirmed that emoticons are
turned on under the Options/Messages window + have uninstalled & reinstalled
the program, but neither works. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
