Hi,

I always thought there should be a very good reason for this not being
actual in Windows, but maybe there isnt none, indeed:
+ to be able to use arrow keys to move the mouse cursor.
++ u could have a key to ignite it and the number of clicks on the key
before holding it to set the speed of that movement.
+++ com'on move.

You make no reference to your OS.
However, for Win 2K and Win XP...

Control Panel
Accessibility Options
Mouse Tab
"Mouse Keys" option

That is what you were looking for.
