Thanks for your reply. I am not quite sure I understand your first solution. I tried to open odbccp32.cpl file with notepad or wordpad without success. My guess from your last reply was I needed to edit cpl file for [HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Control Panel\don't load]. Correct me if I am wrong.
