Open moviemaker,select new,get file,select movie clips and place them on the
time line and click make movie;bang your done after selecting bitstream size
etc.If this problems you at first or thereafter open movie editor(if you have
it) and do same as before it is a compact editing tool.
To save streamed video select from options save video to library.
