Latency tolerance between encoder and player or server Patrick Holloway 13.07.2007 15:36:01 We need to stream a to a single viewer (WMP no server) through a VPN that apparently introduces a 30ms delay. Is that too long for the player to sustain a connection? How long is too long? Are there any encoder/player adjustments that could be made to prevent any problems?
