It sounds like you are having same problem as I am, if you are getting the webpage, but no video, find "hosts" file in your WINNT or windows folder, open it with notepad and add a host IP (of your media server) like 123.224.333.11 MEDIASERVERNAME
save and try opening the same page with video content. If it works, great that means you need a HOST record added on the DNS server in the net. (no one seems to know yet, if it is a bug) MC
