Thanks Neil, I'm really sorry for being misleading in my question. I'll try to correct it now- I meant the ASF header. The reason that I want to identify is because I have some saved packets which I want to playback later but I only have a portion of all the packets and I miss some of the first packets so I want to be able to play from the middle of the stream.
