When i connect to mms://127.0.0.1:8080 i have 10s delay. In encder buffer is set to 1s In media player buffer is set to 1s It is posible to reduce delay to for example 3s?(1s for buffer in encoder, 1 for net and 1 for media player) Jacek

The delay you're seeing the the player realising the remote server (WME) doesn't support mms, and trying 2 other protocols (rtsp and http) first. I can see 3 steps in your encode chain there : Encoder, WM Services and WM Client. Surely you're not running them all on the same machine - that would be nuts, right ?
