Does anyone know if you can change the length of time a pic. is displayed for
all of the pics. at once?

the Tools > Options > picture duration feature applies to the pictures as
you move them from the collections to the timeline/storyboard.

there isn't a built-in feature to select all the pictures and change them...
but you can select them all and apply a speed-up or slow-down effect to them
all at onece.... doubling or halving their durations...

and with a custom xml effect you could tweak the change in speed to make
them what you want.... this is a work-around which often isn't as easy as
just starting over with the duration setting as you want it.
