SBS 2003 Fax
Ed 27.06.2007 19:50:01
I am unable to get the fax service working on a sbs 2003 server. When I
uninstall and reinstall I get a component message that states for the
component Server Configuration. "Permissions could not be properly
configured for the Fax Operators security group. Run Setup again and choose
to reinstall the Administration component. When I attempt to configure the
Fax wizard from the server administration site I get the error "Could not
open a connection to the Fax service. The fax service may not be started, or
the computer name might be incorrect. Upon clicking ok it does go to the fax
configuration page. Then when I click on the fax setup it returns the error
"One or more files are missing or corrupt, you will need to reinstall the
Small Business Server Tools to correct this problem." Any suggestions for a
fix would be greatly appreciated!
