Internal Web Site

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like some help here. I was playing with the features that Business
Small Server provides for setting up my company's internal web site. By
mistake, I deleted the whole "default site" and now I get the following
message when I try to browse it :
"http://companyweb/_layouts/1033/settings.aspx" --> File Not Found.

Also, in my effort to built it all over again I get this message in the
browser : "The Web site that is referenced here is not in the configuration
database."

Please help me out...!!!!
It would be great for me if you the solution of my problem has steps:
