Email domains, Yes. (user[ at ]abc.com, user[ at ]xyz.com)

Active Directory Domains, No ( sbsserver.abc.com, sbsserver.xyz.com ) (
except for virtualized AD domains)

First you have to tell us what you need to do.
Do you need separate Public Domain Websites ?
Do you need separate Public Domain Mailboxes ?
Do you need separate Internal Domains ? If so Why ?
Perhaps you only need separate OU and Sec Units + Exchange Mailboxes ....

There ate 101 possibilities, and were not mind readers.

You need to explain in detail -exactly- what you are trying to achieve
first.

That's standard setup for SBS

Internal Domain is:
YourDomain.local, or .lan or .whatever as long as it's not one of the public
TLDs

Extrnal Domain is:
YourDomain.com, .biz. .net or whatever TLDs

Install SBS per the prompts - run the CEICWizard and it's all built for you.
