I have 30+ Verizon BB cards for myself and clients, disable the Tornado thingy (it compresses and decompresses and causes no end to problems) and if you can't get a signal better than (-90db) then just forget it - they make one with an external (separate) antenna that we've started purchasing so that you can move it up to 10' without having to move yourself.
