I can't find anywhere to download the patch directly. You can do the
Administrator Options thing with Microsoft Update (it's just a link on the
page), but I didn't see that update in the catalog. I wonder what would
happen if you just tried to reinstall MMC3? That's available from the
downloads page at microsoft.com.
