OWA attachments

Hi all,
Can anyone tell me if it is normal for OWA (SBS2003r2 Std Edition) to not
let you open attachments? Instead you get prompted to save the attachment to
your disk by right clicking on it & selecting "save target as"?
If so, is there a way around it?
The attachments are .pdf & Adobe reader is installed on the server.

It's normal.
You need 3rd party tools to circumvent it
eg http://www.messagingsolutions.com/AttachView.htm ...untried )

Scott

You may have OWA attachment security setting issues. On your server, check:

HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchangeWeb\OWA
If present, set DisableAttachments=0

Joe

PS. The server doesn't open the attachment, the client does.
