Hello.
We're having a problem as described above: 0x80040115 prompt when connecting with outlook2003 to exchange2007 (windows 2003 server). User platform is XP sp2
Installing a new user account seems to solve the problem, but this is a crude solution, and requires a lot of settings afterwards by the user, which is not acceptable.
The registery key that was discussed (...outlook\RPC) previously is missing. Adding this key and tweaking the values 0,1,2 does not seem to solve the problem.
Any ideas ? Eldad.

Hello Eldad,
Thanks for posting in our newsgroup.
I am sorry for the delay due to the weekend.
From your description, I know that when you connect outlook2003 to exchange2007, you get the error 0x80040115. If I am off-base, please don't hesitate to let me know.
I am sorry that you are using Exchange 2007, which is not supported by SBS 2003, a suggestion is to open a new thread in Microsoft.public.exchange.clients. Thanks for your understanding.
If you need further assistance, please don't hesitate to let me know.
Best regards,
Robert Li(MSFT)
