From the post, I understand you have an audio device (Inspire 5.1), you want to know whether you can connect it to your Asus Board with Windows Vista system. We have to confirm 2 points for it: whether the Inspire device is in the Asus Board Compatibility List, and whether the Inspire device is in the Vista hardware Compatibility List.
