Windows Explorer (file manager) no longer seems to have the Up Arrow button (to go up a level in your directory tree). Why on Earth would MS have removed such a useful button from the bar? Is there a way to bring it back? SS

Vista has a better way of doing this now. Look for the little black triangles in the address bar at the top of an explorer window.
