T/Server on a Win 2k box- slow sessions

hi there.
I have a HP ML350 G3 running terminal server for 6 remote users
the internet connection is 6mbit up and 1mb down (so thats cool)
but the remote users are getting terrible performance. very slow, hangs and
then drops out.
any one got a place to start looking ???

What sort of connection is it? You may want to start with MTU size.
This is a pretty typical issue with DSL connections.

the connection is ADSL2 (about 2kn from the exchange)
