In principle: yes. What is needed is a trust relationship between these 2 domains. If they are both in the same forest, you don't have to do anything, the trust is already there. If the domains are in separate forests, you need to establish a trust. Depending on the OS version of the DCs (W2K or 2003) and the functional level of the forests, this can be a forest trust (Kerberos) or an external trust (NTLM). If you establish an external trust and your DCs are running 2003, you will need either SP2 or hotfix 922499.
