Wacom Hell

I used Wacom Graphire3 with out any problem for several months. Then
the Wacom Mouse stopped painting or erasing but the pen still worked.
I tried my regular mouse and it worked fine. Then after a week I
needed the precision of the Wacom Mouse and tried it again and it
worked. After a few hours it stopped erasing and painting again.

I used the knowledge base and deleted the tablet file and rebooted. It
worked for a while. Then it stopped working so I installed the latest
drivers. Now neither the Wacom Mouse nor my regular mouse can paint or
erase. Everything else works I can use the paint bucket, the
marquee tool but I can't erase or paint with either mouse.

Have you contacted Wacom support? From what you've posted, you're using a
Wacom pad and not a Tablet PC, so they should be supporting your issues on
whatever operating system you're running.

I did. They asked about the problem and told them. After that nothing.
I figure that if they can not or will not help I am better off not
using it. Maybe there's something out that there that is reliable.
