The best thing to do is to contact Gateway and see if they'll send you another copy. Too bad you didn't create the restore CDs as suggested before deleting the partition. That way, you'll get all the drivers and other things you need specific to your Tablet.
Using your uncle's copy won't work unless you have the correct CD key. Yes, it's against the EULA, but the main reason is that if you use his key, itcould stop him from activating his machine if it became necessary to reinstall or restore.
