At some time the public profile desktop had all the icons needed and seemed
to be working. I'm not sure what happened, but now when I log on as public,
only the My Computer icon is showing. I sometimes get a message at first
that says "wrong picture". There is nothing in the start menu. Is there
something in the public profile restrictions that is causing this. Most of
the restrictions are the defaults. I have enabled a couple of the choices,
such as the shut down.
