I tried to install PowerShell for Vista or for Longhorn 5600 on build 6001. it doesn't work. it saild no update to your system. Microsoft release longhorn 6001 for test, however, Exchange 2007 needs a working version of PowerShell for the OS. What do you want us to test your product, Microsoft?
