Just like it says!

A cursory search on google provided no revelations, so I'm wondering what
this means.

Thanks.

As I understand the "reload" (it's not usually that useful on Windows) it
reloads the zone from STORAGE (i.e., from disk).

This is mostly useful if you are using the FILE system to store the records
AND making changes using a TEXT editor or script.

Usually in Windows we are using the GUI, or scripting directly to the server
with DNSCMD.

Reload from Master is a zone transfer on a Secondary from the master for
that
zone. (Some versions may say "Transfer from Master".)
